Terms & Conditions
By creating an account, purchasing or subscribing to a product, checking an acceptance box, downloading digital content, accessing a paid application, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase, subscribe to, access, or use the applicable Services.
1. Adult Accounts, Parents, Guardians & Educators
Free Puzzle Kids provides educational materials and activities that may be used by children. However, purchases, paid subscriptions, account management, payment information, uploads, and activities involving personal information are intended to be managed by adults, including parents, legal guardians, teachers, tutors, homeschool educators, and other authorized adults.
Children should use Free Puzzle Kids under appropriate adult supervision. Children should not independently make purchases, provide payment information, create paid accounts, upload personal photographs or files, or intentionally provide personal information through the Services.
If you permit a child or student to use the Services, you represent that you have the authority to do so and accept responsibility for supervising that use.
Teachers, schools, parents, guardians, tutors, and other authorized adults are responsible for determining whether use of the Services is appropriate under their applicable educational, organizational, privacy, and legal requirements.
2. Not Officially Endorsed or Approved
Unless expressly stated otherwise, worksheets, tests, quizzes, rubrics, unit plans, activities, games, lesson materials, answer keys, exercises, generated materials, and other educational content provided through Free Puzzle Kids or BrightPath Tools have not been reviewed, certified, endorsed, or approved by any school district, state education agency, the U.S. Department of Education, curriculum authority, testing organization, or other governmental or educational body.
The Services are intended to assist teachers, parents, homeschool educators, tutors, and other authorized users. Any claimed or perceived relationship to educational standards must be independently verified by the user before relying upon the material.
3. Educational Tool — Not an Official Curriculum
Free Puzzle Kids and BrightPath Tools provide supplemental educational tools and resources. Unless expressly identified otherwise, they are not a complete or officially approved curriculum and are not a substitute for professional educational judgment, individualized educational evaluation, official curriculum requirements, or district-approved instructional materials.
The adult user remains responsible for deciding whether particular content is suitable for the intended child, student, classroom, grade, subject, educational objective, or jurisdiction.
4. Teacher, Parent & User Review Required
Educational materials created, generated, suggested, or provided through the Services may contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies, outdated information, formatting problems, inappropriate difficulty levels, or other inaccuracies.
All materials should be reviewed by an appropriate adult before being assigned, printed, distributed, presented, graded, or otherwise used with a child or student.
The user is responsible for determining whether material is accurate, appropriate, safe, suitable for the intended age or grade level, and consistent with applicable educational requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Free Puzzle Kids and BrightPath Tools are not responsible for grading decisions, instructional decisions, classroom outcomes, academic performance, test results, or other consequences arising from reliance upon educational content without appropriate review.
5. Grade Levels & Educational Standards
References to Pre-K, Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 4, Grade 5, Grade 6, age ranges, Common Core concepts, learning levels, skills, educational standards, or similar classifications are provided for organizational and informational purposes.
Such references do not constitute certification that a particular resource satisfies every requirement of a particular state, district, curriculum, school, educational authority, or individual student.
Educators and parents remain responsible for confirming suitability and alignment before use.
6. Artificial Intelligence & Automated Technologies
Free Puzzle Kids and BrightPath Tools may use artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine learning, generative AI, automated systems, algorithmic tools, software-assisted development tools, or similar technologies in connection with the creation, development, testing, coding, design, improvement, organization, translation, illustration, generation, or operation of portions of the Services.
AI-assisted technologies may be used in connection with software code, educational exercises, worksheets, questions, answer suggestions, lesson-planning materials, prompts, illustrations, graphics, icons, text, translations, templates, design elements, automated content generation, and other educational or technical materials.
The use of AI-assisted technology does not mean that every item available through the Services was created or generated by artificial intelligence.
AI-generated and automatically generated content may contain mistakes, inaccuracies, omissions, unexpected results, similarities to other content, or material that may not be suitable for every student or educational purpose.
Users must independently review generated content before relying upon it or presenting it to students.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free Puzzle Kids makes no representation or warranty that AI-generated or AI-assisted output will always be unique, accurate, complete, error-free, appropriate for a particular educational purpose, or suitable for every user.
7. Student Data & Children’s Privacy
Free Puzzle Kids is designed with children’s privacy in mind and seeks to minimize unnecessary collection of children’s personal information.
Some educational tools may operate locally within the user’s browser or device. Where a feature operates locally and does not transmit entered information to Free Puzzle Kids, users should nevertheless avoid entering unnecessary personally identifiable or sensitive student information.
Parents, teachers, schools, tutors, guardians, and other adults using the Services are responsible for ensuring that information they choose to enter, upload, process, store, print, or otherwise use is handled lawfully and in accordance with applicable school, district, organizational, and privacy requirements.
Users should not intentionally submit sensitive student information unless a particular feature specifically requires it, the submission is lawful, and all necessary permissions have been obtained.
Nothing in these Terms authorizes any user to submit children’s personal information in violation of applicable law.
Additional information concerning our privacy practices is provided in our Privacy Policy.
8. Google Analytics, Cookies & Similar Technologies
Free Puzzle Kids may use Google Analytics and similar analytics technologies to understand how visitors interact with the website, measure usage, improve performance, diagnose technical problems, improve the Services, and maintain the security and operation of the website.
Depending upon configuration and user privacy choices, analytics technologies may process information such as browser information, device information, approximate geographic information, interactions with pages or features, identifiers, cookies, and similar technical information.
Where required or implemented by us, optional analytics technologies may remain disabled until the appropriate privacy choice or consent has been provided.
The website may provide privacy controls such as “Essential Only,” “Allow Analytics,” or similar choices.
Essential technologies necessary for security, account access, fraud prevention, payments, preferences, or basic website functionality may operate independently from optional analytics technologies.
Additional information concerning cookies, analytics, personal information, data processing, retention, and available privacy choices is provided in our Privacy Policy.
Where these Terms and the Privacy Policy address the same personal-information practice, the Privacy Policy governs our description of that practice.
9. User-Uploaded Photos, Images, Files, Text & Content
Certain Free Puzzle Kids applications and tools may allow users to upload, select, import, submit, process, edit, transform, or otherwise use photographs, images, graphics, illustrations, logos, documents, text, files, or other content (“User Content”).
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USER CONTENT THAT YOU SUBMIT, UPLOAD, IMPORT, SELECT, PROCESS, OR OTHERWISE USE THROUGH THE SERVICES.
User Responsibility. The user who uploads, submits, selects, imports, or otherwise provides User Content is responsible for that User Content and for determining whether the User Content may lawfully be used with the applicable Free Puzzle Kids Service.
By providing User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the User Content or have all licenses, permissions, authorizations, consents, and other rights necessary to use it.
- You have the legal right to upload, submit, process, edit, transform, reproduce, or otherwise use the User Content through the applicable Service.
- If the User Content depicts, identifies, or otherwise relates to another person, you have obtained any consent or authorization required by applicable law.
- If the User Content includes a photograph, likeness, identifying information, or other personal information relating to a child, you have obtained any required parental, guardian, school, organizational, or other lawful authorization before using that content.
- The User Content does not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, intellectual-property right, contractual right, confidentiality obligation, or other right of any person or organization.
- Your submission, upload, processing, editing, transformation, or other use of the User Content through the Services complies with applicable law.
- You will not use the Services to process User Content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, obscene, exploitative, fraudulent, malicious, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms.
Copyright, Trademark & Other Third-Party Rights. Users may not upload, submit, import, or process photographs, artwork, illustrations, characters, logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials, documents, or other content unless they have the legal right, license, permission, authorization, or other lawful basis necessary to use that material.
Free Puzzle Kids does not grant users any rights to third-party content merely because a Free Puzzle Kids application is technically capable of accepting, displaying, transforming, or processing that content.
The availability of an upload, editing, puzzle, worksheet, image-processing, document-processing, or similar feature does not constitute authorization by Free Puzzle Kids to use copyrighted, trademarked, private, confidential, or otherwise protected material.
Temporary and Local Processing. Certain Free Puzzle Kids features may process User Content temporarily, including within the user’s browser or device, without permanently storing or publicly publishing the uploaded content.
Where a particular feature operates in this manner, temporary or local processing does not transfer ownership of the User Content to Free Puzzle Kids and does not make Free Puzzle Kids responsible for determining whether the user has the legal right to use that content.
User Content that is processed temporarily remains the responsibility of the user who selected, supplied, uploaded, or submitted it.
Temporary processing, automatic deletion, local browser processing, or the absence of permanent server storage does not authorize a user to upload or use content unlawfully and does not represent a determination by Free Puzzle Kids that the content is free from copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, confidentiality, or other third-party rights.
Because functionality varies among applications, Free Puzzle Kids does not represent that every application processes, stores, transmits, retains, or deletes User Content in the same manner. Users should review the applicable feature and our Privacy Policy for additional information where relevant.
No Ownership Claim. Except for the limited rights technically necessary to provide the requested functionality, Free Puzzle Kids does not claim ownership of User Content merely because it is uploaded, selected, imported, submitted, or processed through a Service. You retain whatever ownership rights you legally possess in your original User Content.
To the extent technically necessary to provide the requested Service, you grant Free Puzzle Kids a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process, reproduce, transform, transmit, display, or temporarily handle the User Content solely as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, or operate the requested functionality, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
No Review, Approval or Endorsement. Free Puzzle Kids cannot independently determine whether every photograph, image, document, logo, character, file, or other item uploaded by every user is legally owned, licensed, or properly authorized.
Free Puzzle Kids is not responsible for pre-screening every item of User Content and does not represent, warrant, approve, endorse, certify, or guarantee that User Content submitted by users is lawful, accurate, authorized, non-infringing, appropriate, or free from third-party rights.
The fact that a Service technically accepts, displays, transforms, or processes User Content does not mean that Free Puzzle Kids has reviewed, approved, licensed, endorsed, or authorized that content.
Images and Information Concerning Children. Adults using Free Puzzle Kids should avoid uploading photographs, files, or other content containing personally identifiable or sensitive information about children unless the upload is necessary for the intended educational purpose, the adult is legally authorized to provide it, and all required permissions and consents have been obtained.
Users should not upload unnecessary sensitive information concerning a child.
Claims Arising from User Content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the user is responsible for claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from or relating to User Content supplied by that user, including claims involving copyright infringement, trademark infringement, privacy rights, publicity rights, unauthorized use of a person’s image or likeness, confidentiality, ownership, or other third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Free Puzzle Kids and BrightPath Tools shall not be responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, confidentiality, ownership, or similar third-party claims arising from User Content uploaded, submitted, selected, imported, or processed by a user without the necessary authorization.
Free Puzzle Kids reserves the right to reject, block, restrict, disable, remove, or discontinue processing of User Content when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or third parties, enforce these Terms, protect the security or integrity of the Services, or respond to a legitimate rights complaint.
The indemnification provisions of these Terms also apply to claims arising from or relating to User Content, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this Section excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Prohibited Content & Conduct
You may not use the Services to create, upload, distribute, process, transmit, or facilitate content or activity that:
- violates applicable law;
- infringes intellectual-property rights;
- violates privacy or publicity rights;
- exploits, endangers, sexualizes, or harms minors;
- contains unlawful sexually explicit material;
- promotes unlawful violence or criminal activity;
- contains malware or malicious code;
- attempts to obtain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
- facilitates fraud, impersonation, or deception;
- harasses, threatens, or unlawfully defames another person; or
- materially interferes with the operation, security, or safety of Free Puzzle Kids.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for material violations of these requirements.
11. License & Permitted Educational Use
Unless a product page expressly states different license terms, your purchase or subscription grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the applicable product during the access period purchased.
Individual licenses are intended for the purchasing user’s personal educational use, including classroom, homeschool, tutoring, or similar educational purposes.
You may print and use materials that you lawfully create through the Services for your own students or children within the scope of your license.
You may not, without prior written authorization:
- resell our applications or software;
- redistribute application source files;
- sublicense paid access;
- share paid login credentials with unauthorized users;
- circumvent subscriptions or access controls;
- copy or clone substantial portions of our software or applications;
- reverse engineer the Services except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- make paid applications publicly accessible;
- commercially resell our templates or application interfaces;
- falsely claim ownership of Free Puzzle Kids software or proprietary materials; or
- use the Services in a manner designed to avoid purchasing an appropriate license.
12. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and third-party materials, Free Puzzle Kids, BrightPath Tools, and their applicable licensors retain all rights in the Services, including software, interfaces, application structures, designs, branding, logos, graphics, databases, website content, original educational materials, and other proprietary materials.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our underlying website, software, applications, trademarks, branding, or proprietary materials to the user.
Free Puzzle Kids, FreePuzzleKids, BrightPath Tools, associated logos, branding, and designs may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests ownership, sponsorship, affiliation, or authorization.
13. Copyright Complaints
Free Puzzle Kids respects intellectual-property rights. If you reasonably believe that material available through our Services infringes a copyright or other protected right, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and the basis of your claim.
We reserve the right to remove or disable access to material where appropriate and to address repeat infringement in accordance with applicable law.
Knowingly submitting a false infringement claim may have legal consequences.
14. Payments, Digital Products, Subscriptions & Access
Prices, subscription periods, and applicable product terms are displayed before purchase.
Access to paid applications is limited to the product, package, subscription, and access period purchased. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the underlying software.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials.
Free Puzzle Kids may use third-party payment processors to process transactions. Complete payment-card information may be processed directly by those providers rather than stored by Free Puzzle Kids.
15. Refunds & Digital Products
Our products are primarily digital products and online application access that may become available immediately after purchase.
Purchases and subscriptions are therefore subject to our applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy and any refund terms disclosed at checkout.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to waive.
If you experience a legitimate technical problem accessing a purchased Service, please contact us so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
16. Changes to Applications & Services
Free Puzzle Kids is an evolving educational platform. Applications and Services may be updated, improved, redesigned, renamed, reorganized, expanded, replaced, or modified.
We may add, change, or remove individual features when reasonably necessary for technical, educational, security, operational, legal, or product-development reasons.
Unless specifically guaranteed as part of a purchase, no particular feature, interface, application design, or functionality is guaranteed to remain unchanged indefinitely.
17. Availability & Technical Interruptions
The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Internet-based Services may occasionally experience downtime, maintenance, bugs, browser incompatibilities, hosting failures, third-party failures, cybersecurity events, software errors, or other interruptions.
We do not guarantee that every Service will operate uninterrupted, securely, or error-free at all times.
We may perform maintenance, emergency repairs, and security updates without prior notice when reasonably necessary.
18. Third-Party Services
Free Puzzle Kids may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, including payment processors, analytics providers, hosting companies, content-delivery networks, email providers, APIs, artificial-intelligence providers, security services, and other technology providers.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, policies, and privacy practices.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Free Puzzle Kids is not responsible for independent acts, omissions, outages, policy changes, security incidents, or service interruptions caused solely by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
19. No Guarantee of Educational or Other Results
Free Puzzle Kids and BrightPath Tools do not guarantee particular grades, test scores, student improvement, academic outcomes, classroom performance, compliance with every school or district requirement, acceptance by an educational institution, or any other specific educational or commercial result.
Results depend upon numerous circumstances outside our control, including how materials are selected, reviewed, adapted, supervised, and used.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
Free Puzzle Kids and BrightPath Tools disclaim warranties to the extent legally permitted, whether express, implied, or statutory, including applicable implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
We do not warrant that the Services will satisfy every user’s requirements or that generated or provided content will always be accurate, complete, unique, uninterrupted, or appropriate for every student or educational purpose.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. Where such law applies, these exclusions apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
21. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FREE PUZZLE KIDS, BRIGHTPATH TOOLS, AND THEIR OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.
This includes, to the extent permitted by law, loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of educational materials, loss of access, or damages arising from User Content, educational decisions, generated content, unauthorized uploads, or independent third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a paid Service shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to Free Puzzle Kids for the particular Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
For a free Service, our aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), to the extent such limitation is permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
22. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Free Puzzle Kids, BrightPath Tools, and their owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to:
- User Content you upload, submit, or process;
- your material violation of these Terms;
- your unlawful use of the Services;
- your infringement of another person’s copyright, trademark, intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- your unauthorized upload of photographs, images, documents, files, or personal information;
- your unlawful sharing or redistribution of licensed materials; or
- your intentional or unlawful misuse of the Services.
This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not require indemnification where applicable law prohibits it.
23. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account to the extent reasonably within your control.
Please notify us promptly if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
You may not sell, transfer, lend, publish, or distribute account credentials for an individual license to unauthorized users.
24. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where we reasonably determine that a user materially violates these Terms, attempts to compromise security, engages in fraud, abuses payment systems, unlawfully distributes our applications, infringes intellectual-property rights, uploads unlawful or dangerous material, or uses the Services in a manner likely to cause substantial harm to Free Puzzle Kids, its users, or third parties.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation.
25. Binding Arbitration Agreement
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
Except for disputes that applicable law does not permit to be subject to arbitration, eligible individual small claims court matters, and requests for temporary or preliminary injunctive relief where legally appropriate to protect intellectual-property rights, confidential information, account security, or prevent unauthorized access or misuse, you and Free Puzzle Kids agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, a purchase, subscription, account, transaction, or your relationship with Free Puzzle Kids will be resolved through individual binding arbitration rather than a lawsuit in court, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
The Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) shall govern the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement to the extent applicable.
Before initiating arbitration, the complaining party must provide the other party with written notice reasonably describing the dispute and requested resolution and allow at least thirty (30) days for a good-faith attempt to resolve the matter informally.
If the dispute is not resolved, either party may initiate individual arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under the applicable AAA rules, as determined by the nature of the dispute and applicable law.
If AAA is unavailable or unwilling to administer the arbitration, the parties may agree upon another recognized arbitration provider or seek appointment of an arbitrator as permitted by applicable law.
The arbitrator may award individual remedies or relief that would otherwise be available under applicable law, subject to these Terms and the arbitrator’s lawful authority.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from bringing an eligible individual matter in small claims court.
26. Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND FREE PUZZLE KIDS AGREE THAT CLAIMS WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, COORDINATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
Unless both parties expressly agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires otherwise, an arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of multiple individuals or conduct a class or representative proceeding.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY FOR DISPUTES SUBJECT TO THIS AGREEMENT.
If applicable law prevents enforcement of a particular portion of this waiver, that portion will be treated in accordance with the severability provisions below without invalidating provisions that remain enforceable.
27. Governing Law
Except to the extent federal law, including the Federal Arbitration Act, controls a particular issue, these Terms and disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
For disputes that are not subject to arbitration and cannot properly be brought in small claims court, the parties consent to the jurisdiction of appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida, subject to applicable jurisdiction and venue requirements.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of protections that applicable law does not permit to be waived.
28. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before initiating arbitration or litigation, you agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly with Free Puzzle Kids.
Please send a written description of the issue, the email associated with your account where applicable, the relevant transaction or product, and the requested resolution to:
We will make a reasonable effort to review the matter and respond.
29. Privacy Policy
Use of Free Puzzle Kids is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy describes applicable practices concerning information collection, processing, storage, disclosure, analytics, cookies, third-party services, and privacy choices.
Users should review both these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy before using the Services.
30. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to our Services, technologies, business practices, security requirements, or applicable legal requirements.
The “Last updated” date displayed at the top of this page identifies the latest published version.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or renewed consent for a material change, we will take the steps required by that law.
31. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary, while the remaining provisions shall continue in effect, except where applicable law requires a different result.
32. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or any other right.
33. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Free Puzzle Kids may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale or transfer of assets, change of control, or transfer of the Free Puzzle Kids business, subject to applicable law.
34. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, applicable Refund and Cancellation Policy, product-specific terms, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Free Puzzle Kids regarding use of the applicable Services.
