Refund and Cancellation Policy

FreePuzzleKids.com is operated by Oveexo Corporation. We offer digital educational products, downloadable PDF resources, annual app access, and teacher gift certificates.

Please review this policy carefully before completing a purchase.

1. Digital Products Are Final Sale

All products sold through FreePuzzleKids.com are digital products. Because digital products provide immediate access, digital delivery, downloadable content, activation codes, or access to online applications, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that the product is digital and agrees that access or delivery may begin immediately after payment.

2. Downloadable PDF Products

PDF worksheets, educational packets, printable activities, and other downloadable resources are one-time digital purchases.

PDF purchases are non-refundable once the order has been completed or the download has been made available.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product title, description, grade level, number of pages, format, and system requirements before purchasing.

PDF purchases:

• are delivered as digital downloads;
• do not include access to teacher web apps unless expressly stated;
• do not appear in the private app portal;
• are licensed for the permitted personal, classroom, homeschool, or tutoring use described in our Terms and Conditions;
• may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded publicly, or shared with unauthorized users.

If a purchased file is damaged, incomplete, or unavailable because of a technical problem on our website, contact us so we can restore access or provide a working replacement. Providing technical assistance or a replacement file does not convert the purchase into a refundable transaction.

3. Annual App Plans

Free Puzzle Kids offers annual access plans for:

• one educational app;
• five educational apps;
• full access to the educational apps included in the Full Access plan at the time of purchase.

Annual app purchases provide access for the term stated on the product page and at checkout.

Once an app plan has been activated or access has been made available, the purchase is non-refundable, including when:

• the customer does not use the apps;
• the customer uses the apps less frequently than expected;
• the customer changes schools, classrooms, or employment;
• the customer selects the wrong app;
• the customer no longer needs the service;
• the customer fails to access the portal during the purchased term;
• the customer’s device, browser, printer, internet connection, or school network does not support a feature.

Customers should review the plan description and included apps before purchasing.

4. Renewal Options, Automatic Renewal, and Cancellation

Annual app plans provide access for the subscription term disclosed on the applicable product page and at checkout.

Where both renewal options are offered, customers may choose between manual renewal and optional automatic renewal.

Manual Renewal

Customers who select manual renewal will not be charged automatically at the end of the annual access period.

Access will expire at the end of the purchased term unless the customer chooses to purchase another term.

No refund or credit is provided solely because a customer did not use all or part of the purchased access period, except where required by applicable law.

Optional Automatic Renewal

Automatic renewal is optional and must be affirmatively selected or authorized by the customer.

Before purchase, the applicable checkout, product page, subscription interface, or other purchase disclosure will identify the applicable subscription price, billing frequency, renewal terms, and other material conditions of the automatic renewal arrangement.

Customers who choose automatic renewal authorize Free Puzzle Kids and its applicable payment processor to charge the authorized payment method for subsequent renewal terms at the applicable renewal price disclosed to the customer, subject to any applicable discount, promotion, price-change notice, or other legally required disclosure.

Where offered, customers who maintain automatic renewal may receive a 10% discount on the next eligible annual renewal price for the applicable app plan.

The renewal discount:

• applies only to an eligible renewal for which the discount is offered;
• does not reduce the price of the initial purchase unless expressly stated;
• cannot be exchanged for cash;
• cannot be combined with another discount unless expressly stated;
• applies only while the applicable automatic renewal arrangement remains active; and
• does not apply to PDF downloads or teacher gift certificate purchases unless expressly stated otherwise.

Renewal Notices

Where required by applicable law, Free Puzzle Kids will provide an appropriate written or electronic notice before an automatic renewal.

For an annual consumer service contract subject to applicable Florida automatic-renewal requirements, the required notice will be provided within the legally required period and will clearly disclose that the subscription will automatically renew unless canceled and explain how the customer may obtain cancellation instructions or cancel the renewal.

Canceling Automatic Renewal

Customers may turn off automatic renewal before the applicable renewal is processed.

Where required by applicable law, customers will be provided a cancellation method that is reasonably consistent with the method by which the automatic renewal arrangement was accepted.

Canceling automatic renewal:

• prevents future automatic renewal charges after cancellation becomes effective;
• does not immediately terminate the current paid access period;
• allows access to continue until the end of the current paid term;
• does not provide a partial or prorated refund for the current term solely because automatic renewal was canceled, except where required by applicable law.

After automatic renewal has been canceled, the customer may choose to purchase another access term manually.

Completed Renewal Charges

If a customer validly authorized automatic renewal and did not cancel before the applicable renewal was processed, the renewal charge is generally final and non-refundable after the new access period has begun, except where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable law or where Free Puzzle Kids confirms a billing error.

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account and payment information and for canceling automatic renewal before the applicable renewal is processed if they do not want another term.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation, refund, billing-dispute, or consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to waive.

Teacher Gift Certificates

Teacher gift certificate purchases do not renew automatically.

A certificate provides the access described at the time of purchase and redemption.

After the gifted access period ends, the teacher may independently choose whether to purchase an app plan.

Teacher gift certificates do not create an automatic renewal obligation unless a separate subscription is later expressly purchased and authorized by the customer.

5. Teacher Gift Certificates

Teacher gift certificates are digital products intended to be purchased by a parent, guardian, family member, or other purchaser and redeemed by a teacher through the private portal.

Gift certificate options may provide:

• access to one app;
• access to five apps;
• full access to the educational apps included in the Full Access plan at the time of purchase.

Teacher gift certificate purchases are final and non-refundable once the order is completed and the certificate or redemption code has been issued.

Gift certificates cannot be:

• exchanged for cash;
• returned because the recipient does not redeem them;
• refunded because the purchaser entered an incorrect recipient email address;
• refunded after redemption;
• exchanged for a different product after activation;
• resold or used fraudulently.

Purchasers are responsible for entering accurate delivery and recipient information.

If a valid certificate email is not received, the purchaser should check spam and junk folders and contact us for assistance. We may verify the order and resend the original certificate or redemption instructions. Resending a certificate does not create a new certificate or a right to a refund.

Free Puzzle Kids may deactivate a certificate that is duplicated, obtained fraudulently, refunded through a payment dispute, or used in violation of our Terms and Conditions.

6. Incorrect Purchases

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product, plan, app selection, grade level, and description before completing checkout.

Purchasing the wrong product, selecting the wrong app, or failing to review the description does not normally qualify for a refund.

If you contact us promptly before accessing, downloading, activating, or redeeming the product, we may review whether a correction is technically possible. Any correction or replacement is offered at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

7. Technical Problems

If you cannot access a purchased product because of a verified technical problem caused by FreePuzzleKids.com, contact us at [email protected].

We will make reasonable efforts to:

• restore account or portal access;
• resend purchase or certificate information;
• provide a replacement download;
• correct an incorrect access assignment;
• resolve a verified website error.

A temporary service interruption, browser incompatibility, local device problem, blocked school network, unavailable printer, forgotten password, or email delivery delay does not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or that a charge was unauthorized, contact us promptly at [email protected].

We will review the payment records and correct any verified billing error. We may request information reasonably necessary to locate and verify the transaction.

This section does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve a legitimate technical or billing problem.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback after receiving, downloading, activating, or redeeming a digital product may result in suspension of the related account, certificate, download, or app access while the dispute is investigated.

10. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy removes or limits a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy, Free Puzzle Kids will comply with that requirement.

11. Pricing, Promotions, Discounts, and Future Renewals

Prices for Free Puzzle Kids products, app plans, subscriptions, and access packages may change from time to time.

The price paid for an initial purchase or a particular subscription term applies only to that purchase or term and does not guarantee the same price for future purchases, renewals, or subscription periods.

Promotional prices, introductory offers, coupons, percentage discounts, limited-time offers, launch prices, special pricing, and other discounts apply only under the terms of the specific promotion.

For example, purchasing an annual plan at a promotional or discounted price does not create a right to receive the same promotional price or discount in future years.

Promotional or discounted pricing is not a lifetime price guarantee.

Unless Free Puzzle Kids expressly states otherwise in writing, customers are not “grandfathered” into the price paid during a previous subscription term.

Renewal prices may therefore be higher or lower than the price originally paid based on the then-current price of the applicable plan, available promotions, changes to the Services, included applications, operating costs, or other business considerations.

For subscriptions with automatic renewal, the applicable renewal price will be disclosed or communicated before the renewal when required by applicable law.

If a customer does not wish to renew at the applicable renewal price, the customer may cancel automatic renewal before the renewal is processed. Cancellation will not affect access already paid for during the current term.

A price change will not retroactively change the price of a purchase or subscription term that has already been completed and paid.

Free Puzzle Kids may add, remove, modify, replace, or discontinue promotions and discounts at its discretion, subject to applicable law. Promotions may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, usage limits, product restrictions, or other conditions disclosed with the applicable offer.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
